Final weigh in

Hi guys sorry it's late but my husband got rushed in to hospital last week .

          THATS A TOTAL OF 40cm  (15.5'') LOST

I HOPE I HAVE INSPIRED OTHERS TO GIVE IT A GO ,I WONT SAY IT HAS BEEN EASY BECAUSE IT HASN'T BUT I HAVE ENJOYED IT WHICH MADE IT EASIER .

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY A BIG THANKS TO KAI FOR HELPING ME GET THESE RESULTS .
EVEN THOUGH I HAVE FINISHED MY 12 WEEK COURSE I AM NOT GIVING UP I AM GOING TO KEEP TRAINING AND LOSE EVEN MORE .

I AM FEELING BETTER THAN I HAVE FELT IN YEARS AND I THINK IAM LOOKING PRETTY GOOD TOO :)

1hr Pt session with Kai which was hard going today but still good fun .
Coming to the end of my 12 weeks now and i have to say it has gone quite quick evenh when i have found it tough but you get through it .
Feeling really good in myself and really pleased with how i have changed did'nt think i could ever feel so good :)

1Hr TKD very full on class no time to rest ,have to say i fined it quite easy now on the fitness side of things whichis good :)

pizza & salad ( went to pizza hut for shannons b'day only had 2 slices of pizza and lots of salad )

Day of today but keep myself busy no time to rest
2Hrs of tkd in the morning which should be quite intense

Exercise
1hr TKD & 45 mins fitness class which whwer both quite intense but good fun

Day off today and feeling good not aching after yesterday which i am surprised about .
I am sure i am going to have a hard session again tomorrow :)

Exercise
Training session with Kai which was very intense but very good .
Well on my last week now ,it has been a hard 11 weeks so far and im sure the last week will be a killer ,but i have enjoyed it and i feel so much better in so many ways .
I hope i have inspired others to do the the same it is well worth all the hard work :)
